At Exponential Learning learners come together to share ideas, thoughts, and time is spent solving complex problems - collaboratively.
Teachers are facilitators. They give direction and curate meaningful learning experiences for students. Their primary goal is to ensure that the learning tasks are relevant, learning environment is rigorous and the learning path is personalised.
Education is now seen as an end in itself. It is satisfying, gratifying and inspires. It inculcates in young learners a spirit to learn more. It excites them and fills them with a sense of purpose.

Dr. Nitish Prajapati
Founder
Dr. Nitish Prajapati is a PhD from the University of Delhi and is already very well known in the field of Mathematical Research having presented in numerous international conferences.
Mrs. Shweta Gupta
Founder
Mrs. Shweta Gupta holds an advanced research degree in mathematics (M.Phil) and has the distinction of serving as a faculty in some of the top colleges of the country.
More importantly – Nitish and Shweta are children of Dehradun. Brought up in the city they attended local schools and owe their learning to the soil and culture of the city and the state. That’s what brought the couple to leave their very lucrative positions in the international academia and research circles – to come back and make a difference.
Being very passionate students of Mathematics and the Art of Science, they deeply believe in creating a transformational learning experience that would result in every child becoming a passionate, devoted learner for life. Nitish and Shweta are commtted to realizing this very ambitious vision of transforming student learning experiences for all children.
